After fast travelling back to the Hideaway, go and speak to Otto. Watch the scene that follows and then head over to speak to Joshua. There’s a cutscene that follows this.
Next, go and talk to Jill and watch the scene with her.
When all of this is done, your next job is to head on over to Origin. Open up the World Map and fast travel over. As a quick note here, it’s worth cleaning up any side quests, hunts and various other gear upgrades, item replenishing etc. that you need to do, because the next mission is your point of no return and marks the end of the game.
As soon as you travel over to Origin, the mission ends.
