After speaking to Otto, head up to the infirmary and check on Jill. After, head outside and talk to Vivian in the map room. She’ll give you an update on what’s been happening and the best way of taking out Barnabas, whom we know from the previous chapter is not a cakewalk by any means.
Next, go to the Shelves (the area with Harpocrates in) and speak to Joshua. There will be another cutscene here before you need to go into the hall and watch another.
When that’s done, head back up the stairs again and speak to Otto. Your next mission is about to begin, and you’ll be taking on Barnabas properly now, so prepare yourself. When you open up the World Map, fast travel over to The Shadow Coast to finish this short and brief quest.
