To Latome Village

Ivy and Sora are shown walking through the forest on their route to Latome village in the beginning of The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash Episode 5. Along the way, they come across a Panther that is nearing its demise. Although Ivy first wishes to help the Panther, she ultimately decides to console it as it nears the end of its life. However, Sora jumps on the Panther and heals it. Following this, the Panther befriends Sora and Ivy.

A guard stands watch as Ivy approaches Latome village. To her utter surprise, though, the intimidating-looking guard treats her with kindness. He also helps Ivy get a tent at a reduced price with the help of another guard. Additionally, everyone in the neighbourhood is quite pleasant to Ivy.

A couple of thieves try to frame Ivy for stealing their tent later that day, after she has already set up her own. However, luckily, another guard from Latome village steps in to help Ivy and scares off the thieves.

Ivy and Sora are seen enjoying their victory in the tent during the episode’s concluding minutes. Even if Ivy gives Sora portions, she insists on having rare healing portions rather than the readily available ones.

The Episode Review

In episode 5, Ivy notices a terrifying guard stationed at the front gate to the next village. Fearfully, she tries to get through, though, the guard stops her and asks her some questions. The guard makes an unexpected comment when she mentions that she is from Latomi Village.

This episode, like the previous ones, is loaded with adventures, encourages resilience, and has a lovable protagonist. It is commendable that the plot, which first dealt with existentialism and nihilism, has now offered its viewers hope in the face of catastrophe.

The song that plays over the closing credits is another excellent element of the show. The song that plays during the show’s final credits does a wonderful job of capturing the hopeful tone of the plot.
