What Happened In Episode 12?
In The Dangers In My Heart Season 2 Episode 12, Kyotaro stumbles upon Yamada. The two chat briefly about each other’s attire. At school, Kyotaro thinks about Summer while Chihiro asks Yamada about a role she auditioned for. Suddenly, Ms. Moriya asks the class to huddle in their school trip groups. Kanzaki asks Kyotaro if he and Yamada would like to join their group.
Kyotaro tells him he can ask Yamada himself. Kyotaro asks Yamada if he can join their group, but Chihiro stops Kyotaro, informing him that they’re choosing roommates. Kanzaki tells Kyotaro he was referring to another classmate named Teppei Yamada, leaving Kyotaro embarrassed. At home, Kyotaro and his imaginary friend discuss Yamada’s change in attitude.
His imaginary friend thinks Yamada’s worried about their first kiss and compares this whole scenario to an arc in a manga the two read called Kimi-Iro Octave. Yamada and Kyotaro call each other and they discuss their upcoming trip. After that, Kyotaro and the others arrive at a subway station and sit on a train.
Hanzawa warns Kyotaro that Kanna plans to throw a celebratory party involving him and Yamada. After Kyotaro and Yamada argue over seat matters, we observe the two and their group exploring Nara Park. Yamada and Kyotaro get into a dilemma with a few deer. Later, Kyotaro and Chihiro chat briefly about Yamada and a “choice” she had to make.
Afterward, we cut to Kyotaro and the others eating at a Ward. Kyotaro ponders Chihiro’s words briefly. Later, Kyotaro tries attending the boy’s bathing area. However, Adachi stops him because he wants to engage in a pervy activity with him and Kanzaki. Meanwhile, Yamada and the girls get into nefarious discussions in their bathing area.
After some funny and tense scenarios occur in the hallway, Kyotaro and his imaginary friend discuss something Kyotaro spotted on Yamada’s phone. The two spot Yamada reciting some lines from her favorite manga. Kyotaro ponders this over and leaves the area to confront Yamada. Kyotaro bumps into Yamada in the hallway.
Moriya stops them and Yamada tells Moriya that Kyotaro is Chihiro. Moriya shoves the two into their respective room. Yamada hides Kyotaro so the other girls won’t know that he’s in there. The episode closes with Kyotaro panicking that he’s in a room filled with girls.
