Chapter 6 of Suicide Squad starts with us leaving Luthor’s base. Brainiac has now taken control of the city and without the Justice League, things don’t look good.
Head over to the Hall of Justice (you can fast travel there if you wish) and Waller will debrief you. We need to take the fight to Brainiac now, destroying each iteration of him until he’s gone for good.

Head on up the stairs and you’ll unlock Raising Hell, which are more side missions to conduct, with checklists for a variety of different missions. The first Tier are as follows:
You don’t have to complete these right now but they’re a nice distraction from the main missions. However, in order to unlock the mission for killing Brainiac, you’ll need to earn 3000 P, so that will require completing nearby side activities to gain enough to take the guy out.
There are a few dotted around but in all honesty, the missions here will just be a variation of what we’ve already done in the game so there’s no point in us writing out a guide for this. Hovering over each side activity on the map will show how much each resource will gain from completing these little side-gigs.
When you finally gain enough P to kill Brainiac, be sure to rest up and complete everything you need to before tackling the final boss.
Kill Brainiac
When you’re ready, approach the portal and press Square to activate. Be sure to select your difficult level, with the harder difficulties offering more rewards, including XP and P.
A.R.G.U.S need time to crack Brainiac’s shield so when you get inside, you’ll need to pick from several different side-gigs in here to complete and draw Brainiac’s attention away from Waller and co.
It doesn’t mater what you choose, as each of these activities will be what we’ve already discussed in this guide in previous chapters.
There will be a timer of 30 minutes that will count down throughout this phase, with the length of time needed to complete all of this before it’s game over. The chances are you’ll get what you need after about 20 minutes or so. Just keep completing these side-gigs as best you can, and then it’ll be onto the main event.
Head on over to the central platform (pictured above) and stand within the shield when the shockwave penetrates out and reveals Brainiac’s location.

It’s final fight time and Brainiac will begin by throwing a whole bunch of goons at you. However, this first Phase will basically recycle Flash’s fight from earlier, with Brainiac’s moves almost identical to that one. Be sure to use the same tactics, by filling up your Speed Force protection, countering Flash’s moves and being sure to shoot from range. The only difference here is that a bunch of different enemies will show up between waves that you’ll need to fight off. Oh, and this fight will also include your vehicle too, which can be handy for destroying waves of goons. You can actually nerf this fight while driving around, keeping a distance and continuing to fire missiles down below, being sure to hit Flash-Brainiac as he whizzes across the environment. As he gets down to about 50% health or so, he’ll also throw tornadoes at you too so be sure to dodge those and use the same tactics as the Flash fight. Eventually, he’ll go down and will be defeated. |
With Brainiac captured, it’ll be time to head back to Earth 1. Waller will stop Brainiac when he looks set to strike and that’ll be it…. for this dimension’s big boss.
Unfortunately, just like Kang in Marvel, there will be multiple versions to take out and that will continue in the extra story DLC and content that Rocksteady are (maybe) going to put out in the future
