The Dangers In My Heart centers on Kyotaro who can only think about murdering people. He wants to murder his school’s popular girl Yamada. After a brief encounter with her in the library, Kyotaro learns of Yamada’s ditzy side, enticing him to support her from the sidelines. As the two interact with each other on a daily basis, Kyotaro develops strong feelings for Yamada that are far from devious.

Has The Dangers In My Heart been renewed for season 2?
At the time of writing, The Dangers In My Heart has been renewed for a second season. It appears it will air in January 2024, but its episode count is currently unknown.
Generally, Shin-Ei Animation Studios gauges numerous metrics before renewing a show, including how many people initially watch it, gauging fan reaction, and then looking at the drop-off rate. Furthermore, manga sales and how much of the manga has been adapted are also taken into consideration. With some shows, cancellations or renewals happen quickly. Other times, it can take months before a final decision is made about the show’s future.
So far, The Dangers In My Heart has had a really good reaction from audiences and critics alike, with most commenting on the excellent story, likable characters, and wholesome atmosphere.

However, it’s likely that the anime will continue following the story from Volume 5. If that’s the case, fans can expect Kyotaro, Yamada and their classmates to participate in more wholesome, funny, and intimate activities. The next season could also introduce fans to new characters like Yamada’s father
