Cheer Up! Episode 9
Cheer Up is another sport drama that has a great blend of romance, drama and thrills. The story centers on Do Hae-Yi, a student at Yonhee University. She’s bright and diligent but because of her family’s dire financial situation, she’s forced to place her priority into making money rather than her education.
However, everything changes when Hae-Yi joins the cheering squad, Theia. She only joins for money but soon finds herself becoming engrossed in the tight-knit group dynamic. Among them is Bae Young-Woong who was once a member, who now supports the cheering squad financially and emotionally.

Where Can I Watch Cheer Up?
Woori The Virgin is available to stream on Viki, as well as Viu in selected territories. However, those don’t extend to Europe or the UK unfortunately. For Koreans though, Cheer Up is currently being shown on SBS and airs at 22.00pm (KST).
Cheer Up! Episode 9 Release Date
Cheer Up! Episode 9 will release on Tuesday 8th November at approximately 4pm (GMT). The subtitle team at Viki can be a little slow before the entire chapter has been fully subbed. Having said that though, expect the subtitles to be more in-depth. As for Viu, there’s generally less delay.
Due to the tragedy in Itaewon, the broadcast was originally scheduled to drop on Monday 7th. However, SBS announced very late on that this would be postponed due to a re-scheduled baseball game airing. Apologies for any confusion there guys. This means episodes 10 and 11 will now air next week.
Expect episode 9 to be roughly 1 hour and 4 minutes long, which is consistent with the time-frame for the rest of the show.

Cheer Up is a 16 episode K-drama, with two episodes releasing a week. With that in mind, we’ve got 7 more episode to go after this one!

Hey guys, so SBS have postponed this episode until the 8th November (today) due to the Itaewon tragedy. They had originally announced the show would be airing on the 7th but then late in the day came out and re-scheduled to episode again due to a baseball game…that had also been re-scheduled. What a nightmare!
