What Just Happened?
Episode 10 of The Kardashians season 3 starts with Kris looking for miniature dollhouses to gift each of her six children that they in turn could share with their own kids. A flashback shows Kris’ then-husband, Robert, talking about how Kris had set up one dollhouse for herself.
Present-day Kris shares how she bid on and won Betty White’s dollhouse furniture for $800. Kris tries to look around the store and segregate the details she wants to add to the dollhouses for each of her children.
What do Kylie and Kendall tell Scott about their paparazzi harassment?
Meanwhile, Scott, Kendall and Kylie are taking all of Kylie’s dogs on a walk. The trio try to manage the seven dogs as Kendall discusses the adverse effects growing up in the limelight has had on their lives.
Kylie discusses an incident when she was sexually violated by a photographer that took a photo of her underskirt, laying on the ground. Kendall recalls how they were slut-shamed as kids because of Kim’s sex tape. The girls discuss how they had come a long way after what they had been through and were trying to be happy people.
What is Kourtney’s new sustainable collaboration with Boohoo about?
At the same time, Kourtney discusses her collaboration with the British sustainable fashion brand – Boohoo and the controversy around it. Kourtney and her team discuss ideas to attempt and sell out pre-existing inventories by bringing vintage outfits back in fashion.
The group discuss ideas on making the brand more sustainability-oriented as Kourtney pitches her ideas on how to keep up with the ongoing trends in the fashion industry.
When did Kylie get a boob job?
Following that, Kylie meets with her friend, Anastasia (Stassie) and they talk about how the media and fans were sure they were hooking up because there were many photos of them kissing each other on the lips. Kylie clarifies that Stassie was one of her oldest friends who she has known since she was 13 and cannot hook up with her even if she wanted to.
Kylie then talks about how she was in the process of changing her son’s name from Wolf to Aire. Kylie talks about how she was blindsided by postpartum hormones and had named her son Wolf on a whim and how she regretted that decision so much after.
Kylie tells Stassie that she’s going to announce his name before her son’s first birthday so she can take him out in public and live a free life with her kids.
Next, Kylie talks about how she regrets getting a boob job at the age of 20 and having a daughter right after that. She claims that she had the perfect body before the surgery and only made a hasty decision.
Kylie adds that she doesn’t want her daughter Stormi to think she isn’t good enough in her own body now that she’s a girl mom and understood the repercussions of getting work done on herself.
What does Kris give her children for Christmas 2022?
The episode moves to Kris checking in on the 7 dollhouses that she got made for her kids and making a ton of changes to the inside of the houses. Kris wants the houses to be perfect for her entire family to celebrate Christmas together but she’s anxious about not getting the gifts done on time.
Following that, Kim and Khloe take North to the Alexandria House recreational centre for women to teach her about the importance of giving in charity. On the car ride there, North shares how she knew that Santa Claus isn’t real but Kim and Khloe both still believe in Santa Claus.
The sisters along with North get to the recreational centre and talk to the many women who share their experiences of growing up in homelessness and how they have come a long way due to their generosity. Khloe shares a message with the group of women and how all women needed to help one another.
Kim uses footage from her phone to share with fans what Christmas with the Kardashians is like as the family gets together at Kourtney’s house as they have been doing for the last four years. The five sisters and Kris celebrate Christmas their way and the episode moves on to Kim vlogging herself as she sets up gifts under the tree for her kids to wake up to in the morning.
How do The Kardashians celebrate Christmas?
On Christmas morning, Kim wakes up her four kids and takes them to open their respective presents. There are photos and videos of all the KarJenner sisters celebrating their holidays in their own way. Khloe sets up snow and sled for the kids to play with where Kylie and Kim bring their kids while Kendall and Kris join them.
The sisters look at Kris’ gift and get emotional. Kim starts crying over the dollhouse, telling North how they had this childhood tradition of setting up and playing with their own dollhouse. The sisters talk about how the dollhouses were a core memory for all of them and how Christmas was when they were the happiest.
What happened to Tristan Thompson’s mother?
The episode then moves on to the new year, following the tragic death of Khloe’s ex, Tristan Thompson’s mother’s death. Khloe and Kim talk about how Tristan was family and how they dropped everything to go to Toronto to be there for Tristan and his brothers.
Khloe also discusses the state of Tristan’s youngest brother – Amari who was severely disabled and was under the care of their late mother. Following the tragic incident, Khloe meets with Kim and Kris where they discuss the incident and how they handled it as a family.
Khloe recalls cleaning Tristan’s mother’s house and how Tristan was in a rough place after his mother’s death. Kris prises Khloe for dropping everything and showing up for her ex while Khloe thanks Kim for chartering the plane to facilitate their visit.
Do Khloe and Tristan end up together?
Kim discusses how after all these years of back and forth, the incident eventually had Tristan and his specially abled brother moving in with Khloe after all. Khloe shares that Tristan and his brother are staying with her until his house is renovated. She believes that it’s God’s plan and that she’s happy keeping him company when he was going through something so tragic.
Just then, Tristan shows up with Baby Tatum as the family catches up. Tristan sits with Khloe and the youngest Kardashian sister confirms that she was actually not dating Tristan but was being there for him. Khloe tells the producers that she was capable of being a support system for someone that needed her and that to her, it did not matter how they treated her in order for her to be kind to them.
Tristan thanks Kim, Kris and Khloe for what they had done for him and his family. Kris breaks down and states that her heart was breaking for Amari who was probably so confused about his mother’s sudden death. Kris shares her condolences with Tristan and gets emotional about what he was going through.
Tristan tells Kris he’s proud of his mother for being there for everyone and how she’s so supportive of him. He tells Kris and Khloe that he’s trying to be there for his brother now as his sole caregiver.
How does The Kardashians Season 3 end?
The season ends with Khloe talking about how she has had so many ups and downs over the past year and how blessed she was to have her family. Kris shares that their family has been through so much together and now, all that mattered was the love that they had for each other.
Kylie shares how she felt blessed for what was to come for her future while Kendall claims how fun it was for her to reconnect with Kylie. Kourtney looks back at her year of newness where she started a new life and new business as she is raising her family.
Kim recalls how she has had so many personal downs in the last year but so many ups in terms of her career and business.
The Episode Review
This episode was not like any other Kardashian season finale and I am not sure if we have any more drama left to justify the series coming back for another season. This episode was mostly Kylie and her interaction with Stassie, which was hilarious.
It is surprising how in the last episode, Kylie claimed that she has never been under the knife and only had some filler in her face only to turn around and drop the bombshell claiming that she had gotten breast augmentation surgery five or more years ago.
Now as Kylie is a mother of two, she claims that she understands the beauty standards but many people on the internet will argue that it is the KarJenner family that set these unrealistic beauty standards. Kylie claims that she’s very confident in her own skin but she also lied about getting lip fillers years ago.
We all know there was a time when Kylie’s ‘lip plumping’ hack had gotten out of hand, leaving girls injured in their quest to have fuller lips like Kylie’s, not knowing that Kylie had artificial fillers.
When Khloe claims that the world set up these toxic beauty standards which they were influenced by, I would understand if fans called out the family for not owning up to getting work done on their bodies and lying about how they actually “worked out” to have the bodies and faces that they had.
Kris’ fixation on the dollhouse was hilarious but seeing how emotional Kim got over it makes me realise that it’s a nostalgic core memory for the family. Now that Tristan and Khloe are sharing a roof, there is a possibility for them to end up together after an entire year of will-they/won’t they.
