What Happened in Episode 16?
In the Ancient Magus Bride Episode 16, the College students participate in a nightly-themed Kimodameshi game and pair up with specific people. Veronica interrogates Chise about her wanting to get involved with Philomela’s affairs. We receive background information pertaining her Veronica’s first encounter with Philomela and learn why she chose Philomela as her attendant.
Furthermore, we learn that Violet’s a male who likes cross-dressing and doesn’t plan to takeover as head of the St. George Family. He shares some advice with Rian to help him through his internal issues. As for Isaac and Philomela, they discuss their livelihoods and Isaac gives her helpful advice about venting. After regrouping and watching a film, our students get busted by the staff.
The Jasmine in their group turns out to be the ghost Violet told the students about before they participated in the Kimodameshi game. Elias asks Chise to visit Alexandra about something and the episode closes with a spooky shot of the female werewolf.
