So Help Me Todd Season 2 Episode 4 Release Date

So Help Me Todd Season 2 Episode 4 will be released on Thursday 14th March at 9 pm (ET)/(PT). Expect the runtime to be roughly 47 minutes or thereabouts, which is consistent with the time frame for the first season. It marks a gap of almost two weeks between the two episodes. We saw several gaps like these with the first season as well.

The show will stick to a weekly release schedule after the first episode has aired, tugging the Thursday airings at the same time mentioned above. The new episode of So Help Me Todd is titled “Dial Margaret for Murder.” The episode will be available to stream with subtitles. The plot summary for Episode 4 is currently not available.

How Many Episodes Will So Help Me Todd?

So Help Me Todd Season 2 will have a total of 13 episodes. After the fourth episode has aired, there will be nine more episodes left in the series. CBS is not expected to make any scheduling changes. But in case that happens, we will update our readers through these weekly preview articles.

The new season is considerably shorter than the previous season which consisted of 21 episodes. This decision was taken in the aftermath of the writers’ and actors’ strikes which marked a dent in the network’s purse.

What happened in Episode 3?

Episode 3 focuses on a new case that comes in Todd’s lap without him asking for it. Belinda Tuttle, an “ambulance chasing” lawyer who can give Saul Goodman a run for his money, is in trouble. Tuttle is notorious for filing civil suits based on injury to his clients. At times, she has been found to exaggerate the scope of the injuries and inflating damages. But this time, things get serious as Leon Dinks, whom Tuttle allegedly promised a big settlement, died in the slip-and-fall incident.

Tuttle claims that Dinks was a former client but she hadn’t contacted him. Someone is impersonating her to earn money. Margaret reluctantly takes the case after Tuttle reveals that her going to jail would downsize her entire firm. Since Margaret is herself having trouble keeping employees on the payroll, she understands the stakes.

Susan struggles with the repeated undermining of her position at the firm. She is reaching the end of her rope but for now, must help Margaret again. Todd, Lyle, and Alex discover that Cory Hill, the employee who witnessed Dinks’ death, is part of the scam. He had been a witness in five such cases in the past. All these victims have been old clients of Belinda. Todd pretends to be another client and gets the name of Dr. Batten from Cory. He is also involved in the scam but claims that Belinda is the one who communicates with him.

The real imposter turns out to be Deby, Belinda’s old assistant, who went bankrupt after Belidna fired her a few years ago. Todd and Margaret manage to catch her in the act and save Belinda from going to jail. In the episode’s final moments, we learn that Alex, Lyle’s love interest, has ulterior motives as she breaks into Beverly’s work computer.
