Sea of Stars
Sea of Stars, from publisher/developer Sabotage Studio, is a turn-based RPG that aims to modernise the classic role-playing game formula in terms of turn-based combat, storytelling, exploration and interactions with the environment.
The game tells the story of two Children of the Solstice who will combine the powers of the sun and moon to perform Eclipse Magic, the only force capable of fending off the monstrous creations of the evil alchemist known as The Fleshmancer.
Need a break from fighting and exploring? No problem, as there are many ways to hang out in the world of the Sea of Stars if you feel the need for a change of pace. Go sailing, cook food, spend time fishing, or stop by a tavern to listen to a song!

What platforms is Sea of Stars releasing on?
Sea of Stars will be releasing on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch on August 29, 2023.
The game will be available on Xbox Game Pass and PS Plus Extra on the day of its release.

Is Sea of Stars single-player or multiplayer?
You can choose to play the game alone or with one other player for local co-op.
When playing in co-op (which won’t be available online), there will be special co-op puzzles to solve and dungeons to explore.

Will Sea of Stars have any DLC?
According to Sea of Stars Wiki:
“Throes of The Watchmaker is a fully-fledged side-adventure DLC for Sea of Stars. It was announced as a stretch goal during the Kickstarter and was referred to as a “clockwork conundrum.” The DLC includes the party helping The Watchmaker.”

How long is Sea of Stars?
According to the game’s developers, the game’s world is around 4 times that of The Messenger, the team’s previous game. That title took between 12-15 hours to complete so with the larger game world, we expect Sea of Stars to exceed that in terms of playtime.
