Now onto its third season, Rising of the Shield Hero looks set to pick things up in a big way. Iwatani Naofumi, a run-of-the-mill otaku, finds a book in the library that summons him to another world.
Whilst there, he’s tasked with joining the sword, spear, and bow as one of the Four Cardinal Heroes and fighting the Waves of Catastrophe as the Shield Hero.
Naofumi sets off with his party, but only a few days later he’s betrayed and loses all his money, dignity, and respect. Unable to trust anyone anymore, he employs a slave named Raphtalia and takes on the world. But will he really find a way to overturn this desperate situation?

Rising Of The Shield Hero Season 3 Episode 6 will be released on Friday 10th November at approximately 9pm (JST) so expect this one to drop for most of the western world at 12pm (GMT) / 8am (ET). Of course, it’s really dependent on how quickly the platform uploads new episodes. Expect this to be pretty close to the release time though.
