Renewed Or Cancelled?
The Terminal List is the latest action thriller on Amazon Prime, adapting the book of the same name and delivering 8 episodes of high-octane thrills and fights. If you’ve been following this one and reached that satisfying but shocking ending, you may be wondering if this one’s been renewed or cancelled.
What is The Terminal List Season 1 about?
The story itself centers on a former Navy SEAL officer called James Reece (Chris Pratt). The story opens with a tense, covert mission deep in enemy territory. Reece leads his men to try and take out high-profile target… but there’s a problem. Their entry point is rigged with explosives and enemies quickly ambush them.
It’s a bloodbath, and as explosives are triggered Reece is one of the few remaining men to survive the incident. With the plan a bust, the soldiers head back to US soil and are debriefed. Mourning the loss of their brothers, Reece soon finds that the war has followed them home.
When his friends begin to die in mysterious ways, Reece quickly learns that there’s a conspiracy going all the way up the chain of command. Naturally, Reece begins to investigate further, setting up a kill list as he begins going after those responsible.

Has The Terminal List been renewed for season 2?
At the time of writing, Amazon has renewed The Terminal List for season 2 according to Variety.
Amazon has a really good track record with renewals of action thrillers, with both Reacher and Jack Ryan having been given second season nods in the past. Not only that but there’s also the fact there are 5 different books in this series and plenty of material to adapt.
However, due to the writer’s strike, there is no information regarding the plot or release date.

What we know about season 2 so far:
Barely anything is known about season 2 at this point. Given the ending and the source material still to be adapted, we’ll have to wait and see what Amazon do with this one.
It’s fair to say that there are plenty of routes this could go, and with the completion of Guardians of the Galaxy, there’s plenty of room for Chris Pratt to reprise his role here.
