What is Grimsburg about?
Grimsburg is set in the fictional town of the same name. It follows the exploits of Detective Marvin Flute (Jon Hamm) as he returns to the town that made him into who he is. He hopes that he can repair the damage with his ex-wife, Harmony and his son, Stan, whom he abandoned for years. The show follows Flute and his team solving a new case in every episode. Themes of family dysfunction and crude humour take precedence in the background.

Has Grimsburg Been Renewed for Season 2?
Fox had renewed Grimsburg for a second season even before the first one aired. The announcement came back in 2022 via a statement by the network. Michael Thorn, the President of Fox Entertainment, made the following comment on the occasion of the announcement.
“Grimsburg is yet another clear example of our strong commitment to, and intense focus on, upholding the high bar of standards any show must exceed in order to reside under the Animation Domination banner. Of course, having Jon Hamm’s talent and star power front and center is a great place to start. Equally important, everything we’re seeing with Grimsburg – from the very first scripts and show bible to animatics and preliminary cuts – makes us believe we have a winner on our hands that beautifully complements our animation brand.”
What do we know about Grimsburg Season 2?
As of now, we have no details about when Season 2 of Grimsburg could possibly air. There’s a chance Fox might be planning to release the second instalment this year given the renewal order was given a long time ago. But as of now, there is no official word.
