Queen of Tears
“Wedding of the century” or “war of the century”? Such is the question that the new k-drama Queen of Tears looks set to pose. Armed with hallyu stars Kim Soo Hyun of It’s Okay to Not Be Okay fame, and Kim Ji-won of Arthdal Chronicles fame, the show is a roller-coaster ride of broken promises and fading marital bliss.
Not only is Queen of Tears one of the most highly anticipated Netflix shows of the year, but also features one of the most high-profile cast, sending it off on a path of sure success. So be warned that the following article contains spoilers.
Queen of Tears Episode 14 [Spoilers] – What to expect?
From the preview of episode 14, it seems that Hae-in’s cure might not be a success. Although in a voice-over she says the she remembers a certain day with possibly Hyun-woo, we see Hae-in tearfully praying while Hyun-woo asks her not to wish for death. Alternatively, it could be a scene before she undergoes the surgery and she might be sad about losing all of her memories and might be considering dying as a better option.
At the same time, we see Seul-hee threatening Da-hye that her happy little family will get hurt. Considering Seul-hee’s personality, she might try to either kill them or perhaps target Geum-woo. Nevertheless, Soo-cheol’s family is in danger. But from the next clip, as we see Soo-cheol screaming Da-hye’s name, it’s highly possible that Seul-hee might try to kill Da-hye for betraying her. However, considering how strong Da-hye is, she might be able to save her family.
From the next few heated exchanges between Hyun-woo and Hae-in, it seems Hae-in doesn’t want to undergo surgery. It’s possible, knowing her nature, that she might lie to Hyun-woo about undergoing the surgery or might ditch the surgery altogether.
Meanwhile, Eun-seong has also arrived at Hae-in’s hospital it seems. His presence is sure to stir drama in the next episode, as usual. In another clip, there seems to be a car accident and Hyun-woo is emotionally involved. From here, either Hae-in accidently got into an accident, or purposely got into an accident since it seems she has decided to not undergo the procedure, or Seul-hee could be playing her last card so that Eun-seong’s attachment towards Hae-in is severed forever. What’s certain is that Queen of Tears has not backed down! The next episode screams thrill, drama and excitement!
