Quentin Tarantino burst onto the scene in the ’90s with debut feature Reservoir Dogs and followed it up with his masterpiece, Pulp Fiction. It featured an all star cast, including Samuel L Jackson, John Travolta, Bruce Willis and Uma Thurman, and became one the most loved movies of all time. But will there be a Pulp Fiction 2? Or do we have to settle for this one being a one-off gangster movie? Here’s what we know at the time of writing:
What is Pulp Fiction about?
Pulp Fiction tells four intertwined stories about the lives of two mob hitmen, a boxer, a gangster and his wife, and a pair of bandits who hold up a diner.
Will there be a sequel to Pulp Fiction?
No, Pulp Fiction 2 won’t happen for a very straightforward reason: the story has already been told. The original film was regarded as an entirely self-contained, stand-alone narrative.

What could Pulp Fiction 2 be about?
Despite a sequel being very unlikely, in theory, it could focus on some of the supporting characters in the movie. There was talk for years that Tarantino wanted to tell a story about the Vega Brothers, who were characters who featured separately from each other in Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction.
When could Pulp Fiction 2 be released?
The sequel would have at least been discussed if it were in the works. However, since there is currently no information regarding Pulp Fiction 2, it is best to avoid getting your hopes up, as the likelihood of one is extremely low.
