Kagurabachi Chapter 25 Release Date, Time & Where To Read

Kagurabachi: Chapter 25

Kagurabachi is the latest Shonen Jump offering with much potential and a decent following amongst the publisher’s fanbase. It’s fairly new having just released in late September of 2023, but offers a compelling revenge tale centered around the action and fantasy genre.

Currently, in the Sorcery and Enchanted Blade story arc, our tale follows Chihiro. He’s a young swordsmith who spends his days training under his famous swordsmith father, Kunishige. One day, a group of evil sorcerers called the Hishaku arrive, murder Kunishige, and steal his enchanted blades, leaving Chihiro to wallow in misery.

Now older and experienced, Chihiro teams up with his father’s old companion Shiba, and seeks revenge against the Hishaku.

If you’ve been following this manga, you may be curious to know when the next chapter will be released. Well, wonder no more!

Where Can I Read Kagurabachi?

Kagurabachi can be read at several different places online. Viz Media is available for those in the US and Canada, while Manga Plus has the right to drop new chapters. However, it will also be available to read on the Shonen Jump application.

Kagurabachi: Chapter 25 Release Date

Kagurabachi: Chapter 25 will be released on Sunday 17th March at approximately 3pm (GMT) / 8am (PT) / 11am (ET). Of course, it’s dependent on how quickly these chapters are uploaded. Expect this to be pretty close to the release time though.

All other chapters are available to read on the above websites.

Expect the chapter to be roughly 20-27 pages long. This is also a weekly release so expect the next chapter to drop super soon.

How Many Chapters Will Kagurabachi Have?

Since the manga’s in its early stages, it likely won’t be ending anytime soon. It’s safe to assume this one will be around for a long time. However, it depends on how popular this one remains, and what lies ahead for Chihiro and his comrades during their quest for the Hishaku and his father’s enchanted blades.

What Happened In Chapter 24?

Kagurabachi Chapter 24 picks up where we left off in Chapter 23 with members of the Tou confronting Shiba and Chihiro. Kyora says he’s willing to accept any losses as long as he can get his hands on Chihiro’s Enchanted Blade. The Tou members attack our heroes. Shiba tells Chihiro they should retreat but Chihiro refuses.

Then, we cut to a flashback. In it, Chihiro and Shiba discuss the upcoming auction event. Shiba tells Chihiro the Kamunabi are a wealthy and persistent bunch and plan to attend this event. He believes they’ll do everything in their power to retrieve the Shinuchi Enchanted Blade.

Through this conversation, Chihiro realizes the Kamunabi must have someone in their ranks who can wield the blade. We cut to another flashback between Chihiro and his father, Kunishige. Chihiro notices the Shinuchi Blade is in a specific box and asks Kunishige why. Kunishige says it’s because the Shinuchi is powerful and different from the other swords.

Kunishige alludes to the Shinuchi Enchanted Blade being a dangerous one to use. He doesn’t say why, but he tells Chihiro that he doesn’t want anyone using it. In the present, Chihiro vows to steal the Shinuchi Enchanted Blade before the auction begins. Meanwhile, we return to following Hakuri and his brother, Soya.

Hakuri remembers something tragic from his past and tries leaping to his death. Soya grabs Hakuri. Hakuri tells him he’d rather die than let Soya kill him. Hakuri has a hunch Soya wants to kill him because he tampered with specific merchandise. Soya promises Hakuri that he doesn’t plan to kill him.

He wants to bring Hakuri home. Hakuri reflects on Soya’s vile ways of showing care toward others. While in thought, Soya tries convincing Hakuri to follow him home. While the two bicker, Hinao stumbles upon the two. She wants to give Hakuri an umbrella since it might rain soon.

Soya plans to kill Hinao because he feels she’s the reason Hakuri’s disobeying him. Hakuri tries to stop Soya, so he pummels Hakuri to the ground. Before Soya hurts Hinao, Shiba arrives, grabs Soya, and travels to the sky with him. Before they tussle, Shiba tells Soya that Hakuri is with their group now.

Hakuri questions why Shiba isn’t with Chihiro right now. Hinao tells Hakuri that she and Shiba came up with a magic-themed system that’ll allow Shiba to teleport to her location when she’s in danger. This system involves Shiba’s cell phone. We receive a brief flashback of Shiba’s cell phone ringing at the Sazanami Family Estate.

Realizing Hinao’s in danger, Shiba asks Chihiro if he should go to her. Chihiro tells Shiba to tend to Hinao’s needs. He plans to fight the Tou on his own. While Chihiro confronts three of the Tou members outside, the chapter closes with Kyora observing the battle from his office.
