The printed volumes only go up to number 24 in Japan at the time of writing, so reading online is the definitive way to read this one.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Chapter 249 Release Date
Currently, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 249 will likely be released on Sunday 4th February at approximately 3pm (GMT) / 8am (PT) / 11am (ET). Of course, it’s dependent on how quickly these chapters are uploaded. Expect this to be pretty close to the release time though.

What Happened In Chapter 248?
In Chapter 248, Sukuna knocks Yuji away from him. Sukuna confirms that Higurama perished and he lost Marital Solution during the exchange. Suddenly, Ui Ui and Kirara arrive and take Higurama’s body somewhere. Sukuna realizes Ui Ui has a teleportation technique and is using it to transfer the wounded warriors to Shoko. Additionally, Sukuna notices Yuji’s developed a Reversed Curse Technique that allows him to heal himself.
Sukuna ponders for awhile. He wonders if he’s irritated by his multiple opponents’ ideals and if he’s changed. Sukuna turns his attention to Yuji and discusses Yuji’s strong devotion to his objectives. Although Sukuna finds Yuji weak, he knows that Yuji can still achieve his ideals through sheer willpower, which angers him. With a new goal in sight, Sukuna vows to crush Yuji’s hopes. Suddenly, a Kogane appears and announces a new rule will be added to the Culling Game’s events.
It states Megumi can activate the merger between Tengen and humanity. Then something appears in front of Sukuna and he devours it. Kusakabe compares Sukuna to Kenjaku for a bit. Sukuna announces that he plans to kill everyone and have Tengen merge with the humans. Yuta appears and summons Rika. The chapter closes with the two battling Sukuna.
