Diary of a Prosecutor
16th December 2019 – 11th February 2020
A slice of life drama following the lives of prosecutors who work like salarymen.
When the Weather Is Fine 
24th February – 21st April
A warm, fuzzy Korean drama revolving around a sleepy town and more specifically, the “Goodnight Bookstore.”

Sweet Munchies
25th May –30th June
Jin-Sung is a chef who runs his own late-night snack restaurant but also holds a pretty big secret. As the drama progresses, he soon becomes involved with nvolved with TV show producer Kim A-Jin.
The Good Detective 
6th July – 25th August
A detective crime drama set in Incheon. Oh Ji-Hyeok and Kang Do-Chang team up to catch criminals, who hide ugly truths.
18 Again 
7th September
Dae-Young someone winds back up in his 18 year old body while sporting his 37 year old mind. It sounds very manga-esque so we’ll have to see how this one plays out.

Wednesday -Thursday

Mystic Pop-up Bar (Netflix)
20th May – 25th June
Another supernatural drama, this time a pretty tasty one. Customers who visit Ssanggab Cart Bar consist of normal people and the dead. Good humour and a decent storyline too.

Was It Love? (Netflix)
8th July – 27th August
Ae-Jung has not had a boyfriend in the past 14 years. Suddenly, 4 prospective romantic partners appear in front of her. Another love triangle (square?) sticking to many of the tried and tested tropes we’ve come to expect.

Private Lives
16th September – 5th November
Swindlers come across a secret and must go up against a large company by using all of their skills. This should be a good one when it drops next month!

 

Friday-Saturday

Chocolate (Netflix)
29th November 2019 – 18th January 2020
A gorgeous drama exploring the symbiotic relationship between food and relationships. It’s a bit of a bittersweet one and there’s lots of sadness too.

31st January – 21st March
Underdog Sae-Ro-Yi goes up against a Chairman of a large restaurant chain as revenge for the death of his Father.

The World of the Married 
27th March – 16th May
Based on the UK drama Doctor Foster, World of the Married depicts a husband’s betrayal, which sends this poor woman on a downward spiral of hatred.
Graceful Friends 
10th July – 4th September
A double murder mystery ties the past with the present in this compelling whodunit. There’s plenty of drama and familial issues to digest too.
