There is something wholesome about watching your favourite Korean celebrities doing mundane regular jobs like opening a food truck and selling food to local customers. Over its two seasons, Youn’s Kitchen, a variety show starring popular Oscal Winning actress Youn Yuh-jung, aired on tvN back in 2017 and 2018.
Now, five years after the successful first two seasons, actor Lee Seo-jin will be the new owner of a restaurant in Mexico on the variety show – Jinny’s Kitchen. The Korean variety program stars three members of the infamous Wooga Squad. After actor Park Seo-joon’s successful stint on the second season of Youn’s Kitchen, the actor is bringing his industry friends – BTS V (Kim Tae-hyung) and Choi Woo-shik to the popular series.

What is Jinny’s Kitchen about?
In the upcoming season of the Korean Variety show, Jinny’s Kitchen, actor Lee Seo-jin throws a challenge at his co-stars when they attempt to make and sell Korean fast food.
The older seasons of the show, Youn’s Kitchen, presented traditional Korean food such as bulgogi and bibimbap. Jinny’s Kitchen, in this new 2023 variety show, will present a new lighter and more refreshing menu from a restaurant they run in Bacalar, Mexico.
Where Can I Watch Jinny’s Kitchen?
The tvN variety show, Jinny’s Kitchen is all set to release on the streaming network TVing for viewers in South Korea. Meanwhile, the show will also release on Amazon Prime Video in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam along with its original Korean release.
Subscribers in other countries will be able to watch the show on the OTT platform at a later time which has not been revealed so far. We will be sure to update this page when more details about those are released.
Jinny’s Kitchen Episode 3 Release Date
Episode 3 of Jinny’s Kitchen will release globally on Friday 10th March at 8:50pm (KST) / 3:50am (PT)/ 6:50am (ET).
Each episode of Jinny’s Kitchen will have a run time of around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Expect episodes to drop with English subtitles.
How Many Episodes Will Jinny’s Kitchen Have?
It has been revealed that the upcoming tvN and Prime Video variety show, Jinny’s Kitchen will have a total of 10 episodes, with one episode releasing each week. The show will release a new episode every Friday until April 2023.
After actor Park Seo-joon appeared on the second season of Youn’s Kitchen with actor Lee Seo-jin, the actor duo will pair together for this upcoming variety show. The show will also star the world’s most popular boy group BTS’ vocalist – V (Kim Tae-hyung) who has been friends with Park Seo-joon since 2016. The show will also feature actor Choi Woo-shik.
Meanwhile, actress Jung Yu-mi who was part of both seasons of Youn’s Kitchen will also be a part of Jinny’s Kitchen as the only female cast member.
The second episode of Jinny’s Kitchen saw the four actors end their first day at the restaurant with a good amount of guests. Day 2 at Seo-jin’s Kitchen starts with a bang on the weekend with many guests. With the overwhelming number of customers at the restaurant, Choi Woo-shik comes as a knight in shining armour to help his colleagues. Tae-hyung takes on the role of a senior intern and shows Woo-shik the ropes. The next episode will see how owner Seo-jin, his chefs – Yu-mi and Seo-joon and interns – Tae-hyung and Woo-shik working at the restaurant on a busy Sunday.
