Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi is an Indian Hindi-language period drama television series. The Netflix original narrates the stories of the lives of tawaifs (courtesans) who work in the red-light district of Heera Mandi in Lahore. The show is set during the Indian independence movement against the British Raj and narrates the role of these courtesans in the struggle for freedom from British rule.

Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar will be released globally on Wednesday 1st May at 12:30 pm IST / 2:00 am ET / 11:00 pm PT / 7:00 am GMT. Expect all 8 episodes of the show to release at the same time, in line with Netflix’s release order for Original TV Shows.
Each episode of Heeramandi will have a run-time of around 48-50 minutes by approximate. Also, expect episodes to drop with relevant English subtitles too.
