Enlighten Your Life Season 1
Enlighten Your Life is a generational, historical melodrama that combines nuclear business and betrayal. Right at the peak of the Cold War, Lehmann, a Yugslav expert in his field comes to China to do research on the country’s power and ability to expand nuclear power and build its plants. The mechanic Ye Jia Ming and investor Lin Tian Chen are intrigued and team up with him to build the first plant in China.
However, in the midst of planning, Tian Chen is accused of several crimes and is forced to quit and leave China. He heads to USA while leaving his son, Lin Qi in the care of Jia Ming. While he hopes to leave the politics of the nuclear power business behind, he finds out that his son has ended up entering the family business anyway and has become a leading and influential figure.

Where Can I Watch Enlighten Your Life?
Enlighten Your Life airs on the CCTV channel and is available to stream on iQIYI, Mango TV, Tencent Video and Youku in certain Asian regions. It is also on MZTV’s YouTube for international fans.

Enlighten Your Life Episode Release Dates
Enlighten Your Life is a Chinese drama and as such, the episode release dates are a little different to those released in other Asian regions. We’ll detail that more below but do note that there are no English subtitles yet as they tend to add them a few weeks after the release.
Expect each episode to be roughly 45 minutes long, with two episodes dropping every weekday on the official cable channel. However, YouTube will stream the episode a day later and it will be a one-episode-per-day release.
Enlighten Your Life’s finale episodes 31 and 32 will be released on March 20 on CCTV. However, on YouTube, episode 32 will be released on April 2.
How Many Episodes Will Enlighten Your Life Have?
Enlighten Your Life is a 32-episode Chinese drama, which is pretty average as most of these shows have between 35 and 50-episode runs. The first episode premiered on Wednesday 1st March on CCTV and on Thursday 2nd March on YouTube. The remaining episode schedule sees 2 new episodes dropping every weekday on CCTV and one episode every day on YouTube.
The episode is released at 12pm (GMT) / 8pm (SGT) / 4am (PT) each day on the Chinese channel and YouTube channel.
