What Is Blue Eye Samurai About?
The series is set in Japan, during the Edo Period in the 17th century. A young girl named Mizu, who is also an adept swordmaster, sets out on a quest for revenge. Her target? The white man who took her mother away and possibly fathered her, leaving her with uncanny blue eyes. Covering her eyes with glasses and hiding her gender as well, Mizu takes on the dangerous and extremely bloody road to vengeance.
