However, his world changes forever after he meets Roxy Hart and kills a bandit to reveal that he adds skills to his arsenal with every additional skill. He also goes on to purchase a sword called Greed from the market which is able to communicate with him and guides him about the utilization of his abilities.

What Happens in Episode 6 of Berserk of Gluttony?
Episode 6 begins with the revival of Fate to face the monsters attacking Set’s village. Following that Fate sets out for Galia and meets Mayne on the way.
Fate learns a lot about the mortal sins and about his powers from Greed. He also learns that he needs to learn to control his hunger. The same night he ventures out to kill the Sand golems and helps the warriors. Sir Rudolph hears about it and demands that he work under him, but Mayne is appalled at his disrespectful tone and sends him flying.
