What is Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy about?

The Apollo Justice games are narrative-driven adventures in a courtroom setting.

The three games in this remastered collection offer new graphics and quality-of-life enhancements that weren’t present in the original titles.

Descriptions of each of the games in this collection are as follows:

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney (2008)

“Rookie attorney Apollo Justice makes his debut in this 4th mainline game. Taking place 7 years after Trials and Tribulations, it opens with a murder. What a way for Apollo to begin his career – defending the original ace attorney himself, Phoenix Wright!”

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies (2013)

“After 8 long years, Phoenix Wright makes his return as a lawyer in this 5th mainline game. The story starts with a bang in the middle of a badly-damaged courtroom. Along with Apollo Justice and Athena Cykes, Phoenix works to bring an end to the current “Dark Age of the Law”, where the pursuit of victory trumps the pursuit of the truth.”

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice (2016)

“Phoenix and Apollo both take the lead in this 6th mainline game. Trials in the Kingdom of Khura’in are conducted via séances, and without legal representation for the defendant. With Phoenix in Khura’in and Apollo in America, the curtain is about to rise on their respective stories at home and abroad.”

Is Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy single-player or multiplayer?

These games are single-player only but if you wanted to get a friend involved, you could ask them to stand behind you and shout “objection,” “you can’t handle the truth,” and other courtroom-based words and phrases while you’re playing through the trilogy. Admittedly, that would get rather annoying so you’re better off playing alone!

How long is Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy?

With three games to complete, you won’t be finishing this package in one sitting.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney is around 20 hours in length; Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies is around 30 hours in length; and a playthrough of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice will take you around 34 hours to complete. Added up, that’s around 84 hours of playtime, not including the time it will take you to complete the extra content.

Will Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy have any DLC?

Those who pre-order the game will receive new costumes and two special episodes from Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice. This extra content will also be available for purchase.
