Here is everything you need to know about Wild Cards Season 1 Episode 6, including its release date, time, and where you can watch this.

Where Can I Watch Wild Cards?

Wild Cards will be available to watch on The CW channel for our cable network viewers in the US. In Canada, our readers can watch the show on both CBC and its streaming platform CBC Gem. The episodes will also be available to stream the next day on The CW’s website. Presently, we are not aware of any more streaming options other than those mentioned above.

Unfortunately, for our readers in the UK, Australia, and the Indian sub-continent, Wild Cards Season 1 will not be available to stream at the same release time as in the US and Canada. However, we expect that to change in the coming weeks after the show makes its domestic debut.

Wild Cards Season 1 Episode 6 Release Date

Wild Cards Season 1 Episode 6 will be released on Wednesday, 21st February at 8 pm (ET)/(PT) and 7 pm CT. Expect the runtime to be roughly 45 minutes or thereabouts, which is consistent with the time frame for shows of similar stature on the network. The CW will continue to host all the new episodes on its website as well a day after its cable release.

The show has already made its debut in Canada on CBC and its streaming platform CBC Gem. This happened on 10th January and the trend will continue with the remaining episodes. So all episodes will be released in Canada a week before their US premiere.

Wild Cards will stick to a weekly release schedule after the first episode has aired, tugging the Wednesday airings at the same time.

The title of the new episode of Wild Cards is currently unknown. The episode will be available to stream with subtitles. Its plot summary reads: “Max and Ellis go behind the scenes of a long-running vampire TV show when a stalker sends cryptic death threats to the cast. Max opens up to Ellis about her mom.”

How Many Episodes Will Wild Cards Have?

Season 1 of Wild Cards will have a total of ten episodes. After the sixth episode has aired, there will be four more episodes left in the series. The CW is not expected to make any scheduling changes. But in case that happens, we will update our readers through these weekly preview articles.

What happened in Episode 5?

Max and Ellis become embroiled in a mess involving the local mob in Episode 5. Ellis is called upon by Rachel Ciscio, who is not only a federal agent but also his ex-fiance. She was supposed to babysit one of the State’s key witnesses, Albert Ripley, for the important trial the next day. However, a professional crew kidnapped him on the day before. The entire episode is set on this day.

Ripley was an accountant for the mob but turned himself in six months ago. Ellis and Max agree to help him. They go straight to George, Max’s father, for guidance. He sends them toward Cassandra, aka The Fortune Teller, an old friend who is an expert at assembling competent hit teams. Cassandra is receptive given her personal history with George and his wife. She helps the trio nab Bobby Za, one of the hired guns for the job.

Za points the trio in the direction of The Florist, who ran a passport forgery in his back office. The trio finds him dead at the shop. He was slated to deliver a bouquet for Maya at the Westbrook Bank. Maya turns out to be Albert’s love interest. Albert is all set to leave the country and wants to bid her farewell but is caught by Max at the bank.

As they are leaving with Albert in their custody, Charles, his former bodyguard tries to kill him. They make it out safely to one of Max’s safehouses. It is there that Ellis and Rachel reignite old flares and Max strikes up a business deal with Albert. In exchange for a flash drive that has sensitive info about the mob, Albert gains his freedom.

He is kidnapped by Charles who later tries to negotiate a bargain with the trio the next day. However, Albert jumps into the ravine below the bridge where the exchange is taking place, disappearing into thin air. Max helps him get away and finally gets her hands on the drive. Ellis gets a proposition from Rachel after the case is solved to start afresh in another city. During the same evening, Ellis shares a brief moment of desire with Max, putting him in a tough spot.
