Paper Moon

Release date: 10th April

Lead Cast: Kim Seo-hyung, Yoo Sun, Lee Chun-hee, Seo Young-hee, Yoon Bora

Network: Genie TV, ENA and TVING

Plot: Based on a Japanese novel, this series follows the life of Yoo Yi-hwa, who is dissatisfied with her life and takes up a job at a bank. She soon begins to embezzle money from the bank’s VIPs but this leads to a chain of events that could make or break her. This thrilling drama will air every Monday and Tuesday at 10.00pm KST.

Stealer: The Treasure Keeper

Release date: 12th April

Lead Cast: Joo Won, Lee Joo-woo, Jo Han-chul, Kim Jae-won, and Choi Hwa-jung

Network: tvN, Viu and TVING

Plot: This action comedy drama follows the cat-and-mouse game between a thief known as Skunk, who steals cultural assets, and a specialised team titled Karma that is set on catching him. New episodes of this series will release on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 11.30pm KST.

Bora! Deborah

Release date: 12th April

Lead Cast: Yoo In-na, Yoon Hyun-min, Joo Sang-wook

Network: ENA and Prime Video in select regions

Plot: Yeon Bo-ra (pen name, Deborah) is a famous writer, dating coach and social media influencer who is known for her expert dating advice. Sadly, her own love life is in the dumps. Then she meets Lee Soo-hyuk, a publishing planner who fluctuates between being indifferent and passionate.

Could sparks begin to fly? Episodes of this romantic drama will air on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9pm KST.


Release date: 14th April

Lead Cast: Kim Hee-ae, Moon So-ri

Network: Netflix

Plot:Hwang Do-hee is a talented career woman who has risen to a position of power at Eunsung Group. Oh Seung-sook is a labour rights lawyer who stands up for women and human rights, fighting to protect the weak.

A series of events leads Do-hee determined to make Seung-sook the new mayor of Seoul, while also getting her own personal revenge. All 12 episodes of this political drama will release on the same day!

Doctor Cha Jung Sook

Release date: 15th April

Lead Cast: Uhm Jung-hwa, Kim Byung-chul, Myung Se-bin, Min Woo-hyuk

Network: JTBC and Netflix

Plot: After living as a housewife for 20 years, Cha Jung-sook decides to turn her attention back to her career. She goes to medical school and becomes a first-year resident at a hospital. But her journey is not as easy as she expected and she has a lot to learn before fulfilling her dream.

The series will air on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30pm KST.

Family: The Unbreakable Bond

Release date: 17th April

Lead Cast: Jang Hyuk, Jang Na-ra, Chae Jung-an, and Kim Nam-hee

Network: tvN and Disney+ in some regions

Plot: Jang Hyuk plays Kwon Do-hoon, a family man who pretends to be an ordinary office worker but really lives a double life — he’s a secret agent! Meanwhile, his wife Kang Yoo-ra works to maintain the perfect family life. Find new episodes of this comedy drama on Mondays and Tuesdays at 20.50 KST.

Dr Romantic 3

Release date: 21st April

Lead Cast: Han Suk-kyu, Ahn Hyo-seop, Lee Sung-kyung

Network: SBS

Plot: The iconic medical drama featuring Kim Sa-bu, the unconventional but genius doctor, returns this April! Fans will be happy to be back in Doldam Hospital with most of the cast from season 2 reprising their roles. Tune in to SBS on Fridays and Saturdays at 22.00 KST for new episodes!

Queen of the Mask

Release Date: April 24th

Lead Cast: Kim Sun-a, Oh Yoon-ah, Shin Eun-jung, and Yoo Sun

Network: Channel A

Plot: Life turns upside down for a group of four friends when they get involved in a murder. Three of them pin the crime on the fourth, forcing her to flee the country. Ten years later, she returns and decides to uncover the real truth. This series will air every Monday and Tuesday at 10.30 KST.

The Good Bad Mother

Release Date: April 26th

Lead Cast: Ra Mi-ran, Lee Do-hyun,

Network: JTBC and Netflix in some regions

Plot: Ra Mi-ran plays a single mother named Jin Young-soon, who takes on the role of a strict ‘Bad Mother’ to raise her son and ensure that he doesn’t live a life of poverty – and it works.

He grows up to become a successful prosecutor but his relationship with her remains distant and strained. But an accident changes everything. Amnesia turns the man back into his 7-year-old version and the mother-son relationship is put to the test.
