From publisher Quantic Dream and developer Parallel Studio comes this narrative-driven adventure game about the engulfing power of grief.
The game, which is set in the depths of the North Sea in a techno-futuristic version of the 1970s, puts you in the shoes (or flippers) of a professional diver named Stan who retreats into underwater exile after experiencing a life-changing loss.
During the game, you will explore caves, wrecks, and underwater plants; follow the mysterious manifestations of Stan’s memories; and collect materials and craft equipment that will help this sad soul navigate further on his self-discovery expedition.

Just like Stan, the game’s main protagonist, you will be discovering the underwater setting of this title’s setting alone. As such, you shouldn’t expect any multiplayer modes within this narrative-driven exploration game.

How long is Under The Waves
According to information found online, the game will offer up a broad ocean scape to explore, so we don’t think this will be a short title. That being said, we don’t think it will be particularly long either, but we’re guessing the game’s length will be around 10-12 hours with an additional couple of hours of playtime for those looking to achieve 100% completion.
