Twenty Five, Twenty One is a classic K-drama romance between two very different souls in the late 90’s, Hee-Do and Yi-Jin. Hee-Do is a member of her high school fencing team but thanks to the financial crisis, she’s forced to switch schools, becoming a member of the sabre fencing national team.
Meanwhile, Yi-Jin’s father goes bankrupt, changing Yi-Jin’s life forever and forcing him to eke out a living. After experiencing the upper-echelons of society and all the benefits that go with that, it’s tough for him.
As time goes on, these two find solace in one another, allowing their romance to blossom.

What Happened In Episode 2?
Episode 2 of Twenty Five, Twenty One examined Yi-Jin’s history a little more. Between his family debts, his own guilt and struggling to get a job, things aren’t easy for him.
Meanwhile, Hee-Do joined the new fencing team and got to meet Yu-Rim properly for the first time. The pair also end up fencing in a practice match, which Hee-Do wins.
