‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess – Episode 6 Recap & Review

Episode 6

In light of Maomao’s recent promotion, ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess Episode 6 opens with Hell Lord inquiring about her desired reward. Maomao timidly tells her father that she would like a piggyback ride and such activities.

The Hell Lord is taken aback by this, but he makes the most of the day by playing with Maomao, riding her on his back, playing badminton, house, and finally putting her to sleep. Additionally, we see a sketch that Maomao made for the Hell Lord; it contains the details he had jotted down after the princess’ torment, but he believes he has misplaced it.

During the second chapter of the episode, Torture Tortura brings an iron rod during the Princess’ torture sessions. At first, this terrifies the princess. However, Torture Tortura merely uses the rod to melt cheese and tempt the princess into confessing. The plan works well, and the princess gives in to her desires almost immediately.

Torture Tortura is having a checkup in the third chapter of the show. Having said that, needles terrify the princess to death. Torture Tortura proposes administering anaesthesia in exchange for the Princess’ confession. Following this, the princess tells Torture Tortura where her Kingdoms treasures are kept.

In the episode’s last chapter, a knight from the princess’s kingdom comes to her rescue. However, he tells her that her clothes will be transported first during the spell and she shortly after that. As a consequence of her humiliation, the princess sends him back alone while he casts the spell. At the end of the episode, Torture Tortura finds the princess wearing ripped clothing and decides to give her a new set.

The Episode Review

Episode 6 features Maomao-chan receiving her promotion prize from The Hell-Lord. At the same time, the princess has to deal with a routine physical examination, the horrors of oozy cheese, and the reappearance of her faithful White Knight.

Like the previous episodes, this episode is a light-hearted and enjoyable watch. Although it’s reassuring to know what’s going to happen next, the tale is still mostly repetitive. Looking for a light show with likeable characters? You could just find what you’re looking for here.
