‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess – Episode 5 Recap & Review

Episode 5

‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess Episode 5 opens with Torture Tortura taking the princess close to a riverside. At first, the princess fears that Torture Tortura will stop her from enjoying herself in the river. Nonetheless, Marshmallows are her next torture weapon of choice.

According to the princess, marshmallows are too sticky for her taste. On the other hand, Torture Tortura offers the princess a roasted marshmallow to sample. Following this, the princess can’t get enough of the marshmallow and so she confesses.

Not only does the hell lord tell Tortura that the information she gathered is useless, but he also orders her to torture the princess yet again. This, however, upsets Torture Tortura, who is trying to restrain herself from torturing the princess any further. After witnessing her misery, the princess willingly confesses, even though the information is rendered useless yet again.

The princess is shown relaxing in the sauna in the subsequent scene. After that, she is led to an ice bath. The princess is absolutely delighted with the agony they’ve been causing her.

The episode concludes with the princess being led to a deserted building. Here the princess sees Mad Kaiser, the same enemy she wounded and defeated in battle. He and a few other monsters intend to frighten the princess by donning amusing masks. However, when the princess learns that her friend, Lieutenant Youki is unwell, she immediately confesses and goes with Torture Tortura to pay her a visit.

The Episode Review

The courageous princess faces the terror of saunas, grilled marshmallows, as well as eerie school buildings in episode five. An old enemy, meantime, is waiting to get even.

Just like in the previous episodes, this one is easygoing, entertaining, and lighthearted. After a long day or a complex show, you can watch this to relax, as it serves as a fantastic palate cleanser.

Having said that, the show isn’t really creative and becomes monotonous quickly. Everything has gotten fairly repetitive and predictable as we witness the same things in every episode. But if you want something familiar and comforting, this might also work to your benefit.
