Confess Your Sins First!

Episode 5 of This Love Doesn’t Have Long Beans picks up where we left off, with Oab and Plawan having steamy sex at Oab’s house. After the rendezvous, Plawan calls JJ and explains he messed up and slept with the Oab. JJ agrees it was a wrong move but argues that it will be okay as long as Plawan doesn’t fall for Oab. Meanwhile, Kluea seethes with jealousy after spotting Plawan entering Oab’s house.

The next morning, Plawan makes breakfast for Oab and they flirt in the garden while discussing what happened last night. Plawan asks Oab to define their relationship, but the chef claims he will only do that after the competition. However, we can tell that they like each other based on how close they come to kissing. The chemistry between these two is off the chart.  

Elsewhere, JJ has his hands full with the stubborn Methas. Methas keeps getting on his nerves by throwing money at his face. JJ finds it offensive that Methas thinks he can be bought. Nonetheless, he devotes himself to doing a good job as his doctor. 

Back at Oab’s restaurant, things get awkward as Oab tries to balance between being a chef and his feelings for Plawan, who keeps messing up. It doesn’t help that Kluea also tries to flirt with Plawan under the guise of being a caring friend. After a tough day, Oab invites the trainees to dinner, but Plawan gets a message from Methas, causing him to miss the group dinner. Oab becomes frustrated and worries even more after Kluea openly confesses to him that he likes Plawan. 

In the meantime, Plawan arrives at Methas house to find him and JJ in a compromising situation in the bathroom. JJ feels cornered and reveals to Methas that Plawan slept with Oab. Methas is happy to hear this and asks Plawan to use his relationship with the chef to win the competition.

After leaving, Plawan confesses to JJ that he no longer wants to work for Methas. He wants to know if he can use JJ’s relationship with Methas to back out of the deal, but JJ insists that he is not seeing Methas. He advises Plawan to come clean to Oab before he confesses his feelings. He cautions Plawan that once Oab finds the truth, it will be the end of their budding relationship. Plawan returns to the restaurant and apologises to a frustrated Oab. He lies and asks for time, saying he will explain his family emergency later. They end up having sex again. 

The following morning, Oab tries to restrain his jealousy as Kluea continues making moves towards Plawan. At the same time, Oab’s ex, Khaosuay, makes a grand return to the restaurant.

Plawan starts feeling jealous as Oab closes the restaurant to take care of Khaosuay and her dad. He starts to worry that Oab will get back with his ex, but refuses to share his fears with Oab. He stubbornly acts as if he is above the drama, but it is obvious he is angry at Oab. Oab tries to reassure Plawan that he is done with Khaosuay. He asks Plawan to notify him if he feels uncomfortable with Khaosuay helping out at the restaurant.

On the other hand, JJ and Methas continue fighting over JJ’s attitude. While JJ cares for Methas, he doesn’t appreciate how he keeps giving him money to win him over. He threatens to quit if JJ does it again.

The episode ends with Khaosuay asking Oab for another chance while Plawan spies on them.

The Episode Review

Plawan has been attracted to Oab for a long time and he finally has a chance to get the man he likes. However, the deal with Methas and the return of Khaosuay threaten his happiness. He will need to muster up his courage and come clean about his involvement with Methas. He should then apologise and ask Oab to give him another chance. If Oab or  Khaosuay find out the truth before Plawan tells them, it won’t end well.

As for Methas, he needs to change his approach. He likes JJ and, for once, he needs to be open about his feelings. He needs to understand that he can’t buy JJ’s affection and try to win his heart through kind actions, not money.
