The Strongest Tank’s Labyrinth Raids Episode 8 begins with a post-raid celebration. Luna tastes alcohol for the first time and they discuss Lilia and Lily’s relationship. Nin expresses her interest in Rud.

After dinner, he heads to his room and finds Lilia sleeping on his bed. Waking her up, she tells him that she wants to talk to him and asks for his opinion on Lily’s changed behavior. She expresses her concerns about the changed behavior and asks for his opinion. Rud tells her that it is completely natural and that sometimes it is good to embrace change. Lilia promises to do her best.

The scene cuts to the continuation of the raid. Rud assigns roles before entering the 51st floor. Entering, they are greeted with thick fog. Luna is unable to clear it with her wind spell as it is made of mana. Just then, a few Sahagin attack them, but Rud and Marius are able to take them out.

The group stops for a lunch break and cooks the Sahagin they defeated. As they enter the next room, they encounter a dark skeleton. They spot three orbs around it. The yellow orb creates a force field to protect it while the red one throws fire and the blue one speeds up its movements. Rud, Marius, and Lilia attack the monster, but it uses the shield and blinds them instead.

The monster disappears, but Lilia unexpectedly begins to attack her own teammates. The scene cuts to Lilia protecting Lily during their childhood from abusive parents. Rud sends the monster flying with a powerful strike and provokes Lilia. Rud then pins Lilia down and realizes she is having a vision of her past trauma. Rud manages to calm her down by reassuring her that they are safe.

The monster shoots fire at Rud. He asks Nin to cast a water spell on him and goes in for an attack. The yellow orb blocks the attack, but Rud realizes spells are more impactful. They begin to unleash a barrage of attacks on the skeleton. Rud takes the opportunity to use Life Conversion and knocks the dark skeleton down. The dark skeleton then splits, but Luna is able to point out the real one.

They continue to attack it and break the shield. After they defeat the Dark Skeleton, they discover a gemstone. Just then, a strange girl appears behind Rud and bites his neck. She then creates four dark skeletons and destroys them instantly at the end of The Strongest Tank’s Labyrinth Raids Episode 8.

The Episode Review

The Strongest Tank’s Labyrinth Raids Episode 8 encapsulates a continuation of the Kelid Labyrinth raid. The party faces a formidable foe in the form of a Dark Skeleton and manages to defeat it. The fight is quite lengthy and challenging as the defences of the Dark Skeleton were too strong, which restricted the action somewhat.

After the battle with the Dark Skeleton, another character makes a powerful entrance, flaunting her strength. This character was introduced in the closing minutes of the episode, and it is unclear what her goals and intentions are.
