Many viewers were pleased when Chen and Bradford started dating and made it through some of the challenges they faced. However, the writers decided to mess with one of the show’s beloved couples, and now we are crying. Be warned, this article contains spoilers!
The Rookie Season 6 Episode 6 [Spoilers]
ABC just dropped the trailer, and Chen struggles to understand how Bradford can break up with her out of the blue. She is riding with Wade, and even he is unable to find the perfect words to comfort her. On the other hand, our wise man, Nolan, has a few things to say. He argues that he can understand Chen’s frustration with the situation.
As for Bradford, he is also struggling with the break-up, and it is affecting his job. In one week, he is bounced back to patrol due to reckless behaviour. Wade is concerned that he is not handling the break-up well and asks Blair to evaluate him. Blair comes on patrol with him, hoping for a nice, boring day. In the trailer, they are about to get into an accident.
Will Bradford stop before he hits the pedestrian who jumps in front of the car? We are also curious if Bradford and Chen are truly over. Chen is hurt and can barely look at Bradford, but will time heal their wounds? Don’t they deserve another chance at happiness?
