Our protagonist is Lee Seung Cheon, and when he gets his hands on a magical spoon that allows him to switch lives with his best friend – who happens to be rich – it’s a no-brainer… right? Well, life-altering decisions are always accompanied by a sense of doubt, and with only 3 chances to change his mind, Seung Cheon must decide which of his two possible futures is worth keeping. Time is of the essence!

Where Can I Watch The Golden Spoon?

The Golden Spoon is available to watch on Disney+ but only in selected regions. These unfortunately do not include the UK, the US or the Philippines. Yep, it’s another of Disney’s K-dramas held off from most of the world.

However, given Snowdrop was released internationally several weeks after the final episode broadcast, it’s not too much of a stretch to believe Disney will do the same with The Golden Spoon too.

As this is a Disney+ Original, the streaming platform is the only place to watch this one. However, this is also an MBC Original and airs at 10:00 pm (KST)

The Golden Spoon Episode 16 Release Date

The Golden Spoon Episode 16 will release on Saturday 12th November at approximately 8am (PT) / 1:00 pm (IST). The subtitle team over at Disney+ are reportedly quick at translating, so do expect subs to be available immediately.

Expect episode 16 to be roughly 1 hour and 10 minutes long, which is consistent with the time frame for the rest of the show. Since it is the Season Finale for The Golden Spoon, the runtime for the episode could exceed

How Many Episodes Will The Golden Spoon Have?

The Golden Spoon has been scheduled for 16 episodes, with the usual run of two episodes a week. With that in mind, we’ve got 3 more episodes to go after this one has aired!

With only a few episodes left for the K-drama to come to an end, the truth about the Golden Spoon is threatening to be made public. Ju-hee is having some time with Seung-cheon while she wonders how much longer he will remain his true self.

With this being the last chance for Seung-cheon to change his fate, Ju-hee worries that he will lose the opportunity to be Seung-cheon again.

Meanwhile, the truth about President Hwang Hyeon-do’s biological son being someone other than Tae-yong threatens his future as well as an unbeknownst Seung-cheon’s future as well. We will only find out in the episodes to follow!
