After the popularity of the first season of the show, it was announced that the SBS drama, Taxi Driver was coming back for a second season. The show follows the life of Kim Do-ki (played by Lee Je-hoon) who graduated from the Naval Academy and became a UDT (underwater demolition team) Official.
After his mother was murdered by a serial killer, Kim Do-ki turned his life around to be a deluxe taxi driver for the Rainbow Taxi Company. The company is not just any ordinary taxi company but one that offers a special “revenge-call” service for clients who want to take revenge on people.

Where Can I Watch Taxi Driver Season 2?
Taxi Driver Season 2 is an SBS original drama which will be available on the network for residents from South Korea. For those watching internationally, it will be available on Viki in most regions. Residents from Asia can also find the show released on the streaming platform – Viu as well.
However, do expect some delay between Viki uploading the episodes after their initial run in Korea, although the subtitles are among some of the best on the net across all the other streaming platforms. The network Viu will have comparatively less time delay in uploading the episodes after its release.
Taxi Driver Season 2 Episode 1 Release Date
Episode 1 of the new season of Taxi Driver will release globally on Friday 17th February at 10:30 pm KST (5:30 am PT/ 8:30 am ET).
Expect the show to have its second season with 16 episodes. Each episode of Taxi Driver will have a run time of around 60 minutes. Also, expect episodes to drop with subtitles too.
How Many Episodes Will Taxi Driver Season 2 Have?
It has been revealed that the second season of Taxi Driver will have a total of 16 episodes, with two episodes releasing each week. The show will release new episodes on Friday and Saturday every week until April 2023.
After the roaring success of Season 1, Taxi Driver is coming back for a second season with most of its original cast returning for the new season. For the upcoming season, actor Lee Je-hoon will reprise his role as Kim Do-gi as well as actors Kim Eui-sung as Jang Sung-chul and Pyo Ye-jin as Ahn Go-eun in the main roles.
Meanwhile, actors Jang Hyuk-jin, Bae Yoo-ram, Shin Jae-ha and Lee Min-jae will also reprise their supporting roles as Choi Kyung-goo, Park Jin-eon, On Ha-joon and Oh Hak-soo respectively.

Thanks for commenting and I completely agree, it would be amazing if Netflix picked up the rights to this one. If you did want to watch this though, Taxi Driver is available on Viki (www.viki.com). A monthly pass costs about £4 I believe, and it has a whole bunch of other Asian dramas on there too. The subtitles are also way more thorough and accurate than those on Netflix.
