Survivor Season 44 Episode 1
Survivor is the long-running American version of the international Survivor reality series, itself derived from the Swedish series Expedition Robinson. Now onto its 44th season (an amazing achievement unto itself), the show looks set to get back on track after a couple of below-par seasons.
As per usual, expect us to meet the 18 contestants battling it out for dominance, as they’re divided up into three different tribes. The teams consist of the Orange Tribe, Green Tribe, and Purple Tribe.
These guys and gals will need to work together to set up camp and dive into a variety of different challenges. As the weeks progress, we’ll end up learning a lot about the intestinal fortitude and who will work their hardest to become the last one standing and win the season.

Where Can I Watch Survivor Season 44?
Survivor is available to watch on the CBS network, as well as streaming online too via GlobalTV the next day. It’s also available in the US online via the CBS All Access site. That costs $5.99 per month with “limited” adverts. For an ad-free you’re looking at that increasing to $9.99.
Survivor Season 44 Episode 1 Release Date
Survivor Season 44 Episode 1 will release on Wednesday 1st March at 8pm (ET). Unfortunately, for those in the UK and internationally, there’s no official release date for this one yet.
Survivor should drop with subtitles available whilst watching on catch-up. Episode 1 is expected to be roughly 2 hours long (including ad breaks). This is consistent with the premiere for most of these reality series, with all our contestants introduced.
How Many Episodes Will Survivor Season 44 Have?
Although CBS haven’t officially announced the number of episodes, most of the seasons have run for around 13-14 episodes and that’s probably going to be the case here too. We do know that filming commenced across 26 days, so with that in mind, we’ve got 13 more episodes to go after this one.
