Sullivan’s Crossing Season 1 Episode 7 Preview: Release Date, Time & Where To Watch

Sullivan’s Crossing Season 1 Episode 7

Sullivan’s Crossing is a Canadian drama show that debuted in the US on October 4, 2023. The series was first released on CTV back in March of this year. It stars Morgan Kohan, Tom Jackson, and Chad Michael Murray in central roles. The story is based on Robyn Carr’s novel of the same name and is set in rural Nova Scotia.

The events of Season 1 will revolve around Morgan’s character Maggie, an up-and-coming neurosurgeon who gets embroiled in a controversy that derails her professional career. Sullivan’s Crossing promises to be a serious-minded drama that revolves around themes of family dysfunction, abandonment, and the constant jostling of our species with questions about our identity and purpose.

The official tagline of the show reads: “After neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan’s personal and professional life are thrown into turmoil, she returns home to Sullivan’s Crossing. While there, Maggie is forced to navigate her complicated present while confronting the painful past she has chosen to ignore for years.”

We’re halfway through the most-watched Canadian series of the year…and the judgment is still out. Although first impressions have not been quite promising, there is still ample time left in Season 1.

Here is everything you need to know about Sullivan’s Crossing Season 1 Episode 7, including its release date, time, and where you can watch this.

Where Can I Watch Sullivan’s Crossing?

Sullivan’s Crossing will be broadcast on CW. It will also be available to stream on the network’s streaming service, CW+ a day after the same has aired. CW has exclusive rights to air the show in the US. Unfortunately, for our readers in the UK and India, we currently do not have any broadcast or streaming options for Season 1 of Sullivan’s Crossing.

Sullivan’s Crossing Season 1 Episode 7 Release Date

Sullivan’s Crossing Season 1 Episode 7 will be released on Wednesday, November 15, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The 9 p.m. time slot will be taken by another series import, The Spencer Sisters.

Expect the runtime to be roughly 46 minutes, which we expect to remain the same for Season 1. The new episode of Sullivan’s Crossing is titled “Second Chances,” and it will probably revolve around Sully’s growing financial and emotional turmoil. Maggie has gone back to Boston for now, leaving her estranged father in tatters. Andrew’s patience will be tested as Maggie keeps demoting him on the priority list.

The plot summary for the new episode reads: “After receiving some unfortunate news, Maggie returns to Sullivan’s Crossing with Andrew. Maggie attempts to share her love for the Crossing with a reluctant Andrew. After a night out, things take an unexpected turn.”

You can catch a rerun of the second episode on CW on 16 November at 4 p.m. The episode will be available to stream with subtitles.

How Many Episodes Will Sullivan’s Crossing Have?

Sullivan’s Crossing Season 1 will run for a total of 10 episodes. So, after episode 7, we will have another 3 episodes to go that will follow a weekly release schedule, subject to any changes CW might make in between. We do not expect there to be any major scheduling interruptions, although the network might decide to go for doubleheaders for the mid-season finale.

What happened in Episode 6?

Episode 6 of Sullivan’s Crossing, “Boiling Point,” sees Maggie back in the city she loves so much. Andrew is quite excited about her arrival and has big plans for their future. This includes buying a new apartment and taking up the job at Boston Commonwealth.

Maggie is being eaten up inside by her upcoming deposition. Despite the best efforts of Walter and Cal to calm her down, Maggie anticipates the worst happening to her. She is depressed about not being able to save a young boy’s life and leaving her elderly mother all alone.

Sully’s troubles are growing. The campground is seeing a rapid increase in cancelled bookings, he has no prospects for securing credit, and his personal failures with Maggie are a dagger in his heart. In this situation, Sully is left to bank on the support of Frank and Edna, who understand their best friend is going through a tough phase.

Maggie’s situation worsens as the deposition does not go according to plan. Mrs Markiff ensures that the case goes to trial, with some indication that Maggie might have not been completely accurate with her medical response to Kevin that day. She also postpones Andrew’s timid proposal for marriage as “something” comes up back home.
