Sullivan’s Crossing Season 1 Episode 5
Sullivan’s Crossing is a Canadian drama show that debuted in the US on October 4, 2023. The series was first released on CTV back in March of this year. It stars Morgan Kohan, Tom Jackson, and Chad Michael Murray in central roles. The story is based on Robyn Carr’s novel of the same name and is set in rural Nova Scotia.
The events of Season 1 will revolve around Morgan’s character Maggie, an up-and-coming neurosurgeon who gets embroiled in a controversy that derails her professional career. Sullivan’s Crossing promises to be a serious-minded drama that revolves around themes of family dysfunction, abandonment, and the constant jostling of our species with questions about our identity and purpose.
The official tagline of the show reads: “After Neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan’s personal and professional life are thrown into turmoil, she returns home to Sullivan’s Crossing. While there, Maggie is forced to navigate her complicated present while confronting the painful past she has chosen to ignore for years.”

What happened in Episode 4?
Episode 4 of Sullivan’s Crossing, “Rock & |A Hard Place,” sees Maggie and Cal discover Frank, who was shot in the last episode. It is a lucky coincidence for the old man as Maggie bandages him up enough so he makes it in decent stead to the hospital. The duo does not stop there. Maggie recalls how one of the frat boys mentioned something about Route 17. They go out to check the cabins and find the grey SUV.
Even at gunpoint, Maggie keeps her calm and saves the day. Chelsea is also rescued from their handle. Sully finds himself deep in debt. He is unable to pay off the bank and is on the brink of losing the campground if he cannot conjure up the money in a month’s time. So Sully phones another bank to get the money to cover up this loan.
Maggie and Andrew’s problems continue to pile up as they have trouble communicating with each other. Cal and Maggie, on the other hand, get closer to each other with every passing day as we learn that Cal is a lawyer and is willing to help Maggie with her upcoming deposition in the medical negligence case.
