MAIN CAST

Lee You Mi as Kang Nam Soon

Nam Soon is a girl born with supernatural strength. Sadly, she went missing in Mongolia when she was a kid. Once she is an adult, she travels back to South Korea to try to find her parents. 

You Mi started acting in 2010, but her career took off after her role as Ji-Yeong in Squid Game. Since then, she has been in various shows such as All of Us Are Dead on Netflix. In each role, she continues to wow audiences with her duality as an actress. 


Ong Seong Wu as Kang Hee Shik

Hee Shik is a policeman who meets Nam Soon by coincidence and promises to help her find her birth parents. As the series progresses, the two work together to bring down a drug syndicate and fall in love.

Seong Wu is a South Korean singer and actor. He used to be a member of the Wanna One. He is currently serving his mandatory military service as an active-duty soldier. He is well known for his role as Joseph in the 2022 film 20th Century Girl ( [Woon Ho’s brother). Interestingly, Byeon Woo Seok played the role of Woon Ho in the film.  In Strong Girl Namsoon, the two play rivals. 


Byeon Woo Seok as Ryu Shi Oh

Ryu Shi Oh is a drug syndicate that Hee Shik and Nam Soon are investigating. As Nam Soon gets closer to him, he starts having feelings for her. However, will his new brush with love change him into a better man? Well, tune in to Netflix every Saturday and Sunday to find out!

Woo Seok has long been melting our hearts with his sweet smile and dimples. He started as a model before debuting as an actor in 2016.  He has been cementing his status as a Hallyu star on the rise with each role. Some of his memorable roles include  Lee Pyo, the rebellious crown prince in Moonshine, leading to his winning Best New Actor at the 2022 KBS Drama Awards. He then got international fame after his role as Woon Ho in 20th Century Girl (2022)


Kim Jung Eun as Hwang Geum Joo

Geum Joo is Nam Soon’s mom and has spent most of her life looking for her daughter. They finally reunite and work together to help the world around them.

Jung Eun is one of the living icons of the South Korean Entertainment industry. She has been in the game since 1977 and has various accolades throughout her career. She is mainly known for her role in the film Marrying the Mafia (2002),  the hit series  Lovers in Paris (2004), and Make a Woman Cry (2015)


Kim Hae Sook as Gil Joong Gan

Joong Gan is Nam Soon’s grandmother and has superhuman-like strength just like her daughter and granddaughter. Together, they make a formidable team of female heroes throughout generations.

Hae Sook is one of the most talented South Korean actresses who have graced our TV screens over the years. She is a multitalented actress with numerous awards and even has a book titled, “Mother of Hallyu Stars: Kim Hae Sook’s Story.”  Whether she is playing a stern mother-in-law, a deity or a troubled mom, she delivers. You might recognise her from shows such as Under the Queen’s Umbrella, Tomorrow,  Start-Up, and many more.
