  1. Ross needs to choose Montgomery as acting captain and allow Sullivan to go to another house so they can have a relationship. And a accident needs to happen to the police chief that will show his incompetence to be chief or to be mayor that gets someone killed

  2. Andy needs to become Captain and we need STN 19 to have some joy! It’s been too depressing with too much personal drama. They need to give the cast a break and create some joyous story lines!! Our own lives are dramatic enough!
