Before we go anywhere, we need to fix up our speeder. In order to do that, travel across to the Mirogana market and straight into Jaunta’s Hope. Head to the bar and speak to the bartender.
She’ll guide you along to your next destination, which happens to be a little village in Mirogana Valley. Specifically, Kadua Village.
As you get nearer, you’ll need to search the area. Speak to the two villagers nearby and they’ll point out that Selo lives on a cliff northeast of Jaunta’s Hope. She’s the lady who will help so off we go again.
If you want a shortcut from your current location, turn round and head south west, up the cliff and curving around through Pyke territory. Now, if you have a bad reputation with these dudes, be prepared to fight but it’s the fastest way to our destination beyond fast travelling.
Either way, make your way to the shop (which you’ll notice from grey smoke curling in the air). You’ll find Selo sitting on the back porch.
Speak to Selo and she’ll give you a new task and 1x Quest Item: Magnetic Disruptors. This is also where this mission starts properly.
Break into the wind facility
Head north west to the marked area on the map within Boulder Forest. When you arrive at the area, disrupt the generator just left of the fans (pictured below).
Hop back on your speeder and ride down the passage behind the fan.
Find an atmospheric accelerator
Follow the path all the way along and you’ll arrive at the facility. On the far north section, you’ll find an energy barrier blocking the way. Use Nix to open up the path forward.
Crawl in the vents on the right, through to the other side. Then, take a left when you open up to some blue-tinted pipes. You’ll need to time your run across the fans though so wait for these to be switched off before running over.
On the other side, you’ll find an area to jump down. Do this and then shoot the generator to switch off the fans. Climb over the circular grates covering the fans on the left and head down and around to the other side.
Once you make it across the room (timing your jumps for the fan that switches on), hop into the broken pipes and down several levels before squeezing through the gaps.
You’ll find a chest here partway around the room (after the two timed fans switching on) holding 3x Ray Accelerators inside. Just outside, shoot the two generators and then grapple over the gap. There’s also another chest here holding 1x Chalcopyrite.
Finally, hop into the vents on the other side, down to the ground, and then you’ll find a computer terminal. Press R3 to extract.
Leave the facility
After receiving 1x Quest Item: Atmospheric Accelerator, it’s time to leave. Loot the room and then head around the platforms, being sure to grapple into the fans (highlighted with blue light here) and then back on your speeder.
Having left the facility, return the Accelerator to Selo. Doing so, you’ll gain 1x Speeder Component: Speeder Boost. This will now allow your Speeder to ride a lot faster and even enable you to propel over ramps for a speed boost and get some serious hangtime. You’ll also complete the mission too.
