Our first set of missions to recruit a new team-member will see us return to familiar territory, Tatooine. En-route to the planet you’ll find a big firefight breaking out between the Pykes and the Hutts. It’s up to you whether you engage or not, but either way when you’re ready, touch down on the planet and lets get cracking.
Leave the ship and go talk to the sheriff
Approach the building with the solitary figure outside (pictured above) and go talk to him. As soon as you do, a cutscene will ensue. When it’s done, kill the guards that show up and then follow Quint back to her office.
Abandoned Moisture Farm
Hop on your speeder and head over to the moisture farm, which is marked on your mini-map.
When you get there, approach the large, circular dish on the ground and rappel down. Head south and you’ll find the door is jammed and the man on the other side appears to be dead.
To get the power back on, head north and use Nix to open up the vent (pictured below).
Use your electric power on the gun to charge it up and then head through the doorway just next to it on the right. In the next area, shoot the generators on the ceiling and follow the wires through to the adjacent room where you’ll find a lever. Pull it.
Investigate the body
Return to the body, being sure to loot the house in the process. Next, you’ll need to travel a fair distance to the Wastes.
Once you reach South Jundland Wastes, follow the signal until you reach a wrecked speeder. Behind that, climb up the rock walls and follow the linear path up.
When you squeeze through the gap, a cutscene will trigger.
Retrieve the stolen Dragon pearl
After speaking to Hoss we’ll now need to retrieve something precious for the Tusken Raiders. Grapple down the spot behind the raider camp, hop on your speeder and head to the marked location.
When you get there, take out the enemies outside and head into the cave. It’s likely that you’ll have to fight your way through rather than stealth, given the enemy locations, but work your way through nonetheless and take out all the enemies.
After heading through to the next area, you’ll find the Pearl across the walkway (pictured below). Work your way round this area and take out the guards. There are 7 or 8 in total and most are grouped up in twos. Either blast your way through or pick them off stealthily, the choice is yours.
Either way, kill them all, grab the Pearl, loot the cave and leave via the back exit.
Leave the cave
You’ll find the exit to the cave on the east side of the chamber (pictured below).
Head through the doorway and follow the route outside. A cutscene will trigger and the mission will be complete.
