Speak to Danka to begin the next mission. Leave the cantina and immediately head over to the Pawn Shop. If you open up your map, you’ll find it marked over to the north side of the District.
Buy an Ion Casing
Head inside the shop and speak to Belo behind the counter. Purchase an Ion Casing from the shop. However, in order to get the ion energy converters, you’ll need to get them from the Pyke or Crimson Dawn district.
Now, depending on the choices you made in the last mission, it’s wise to go for whoever you have a more positive affinity with in order to steal it. You’ll have a choice of either the Pyke or Crimson Dawn districts but to save you the hassle, just pick the one where you have the better reputation to save sneaking too much.
Follow the objective marker and grab the blaster part’s location. The Pyke District in particular will be more familiar, given we’ve just completed a mission here.
1) Pyke District Run
The entrance to the Pyke District can be found via the vent. Use your Dataspike to break in. This is just next to where we disabled the camera in the last mission.
On the other side of the vent, you’ll find the Ion Energy Converters inside a chest against the wall to the right. Feel free to loot the area for gear too. You can also access a computer terminal here which will give information about the Pyke Syndicate Vault. You’ll also gain 1x Vault Keycard Intel.
2) Crimson Dawn Run
If you choose to go the route for the Crimson Dawn, you’ll find yourself in a small restaurant within the Market District. If you’re allied with these guys, just walk straight past, following the path to the left around to a stronghold.
You’ll find two guards standing watch so head up the landing pad via the ramp on the right.
Follow the path after descending a ladder, and grab 1x Renpalli Station Keycard inside the outpost. Loot the chest on the right-hand side of the room and loot the blaster part. The terminal here will give information around the Outpost Vault.
Travel to Jaunta’s Hope
With the blaster part in play, head over to Jaunta’s Hope. Make sure you use your Speeder to, well, speed things up.
Hop aboard the ship at the top of the runway and turn left. Use the workbench to assemble the weapon. In order to use this Modification, select Module and then Ion. From here, assemble the Ion Burst module and hold A (X) to craft it.
The Lost Steppe
With the blaster assembled, head over to Lost Steppe to steal the Smuggler’s cache.
When you approach the house, look over through the windows to the capacitor. In order to juice it up, switch modifications by pressing Y (Triangle) and then aiming and firing.
Head on inside, loot the chest an grab 1x Quest Item: Tracking Transponder and 250x Credits.
Leave the house and head back to the diner. Speak to Danka and that’ll complete the mission.
