Now onto its third season, Lower Decks has been one of the more successful and popular Star Trek spin-offs. With Paramount+ putting faith in this project, prior to release they’ve promised a resolution to that shocking cliffhanger last season. Of course, expect the usual blend of comedy hijinks in here too!
Interestingly, the trailer also seems to show the appearance of Deep Space Nine too, which should cause some intriguing implications for the crew. Not only that, but expect the season to dive deeper into Captain Freeman’s trial for allegedly destroying the Pakled home world. We’ve also got a new relationship forming between Beckett Mariner and Jennifer Sh”reyan too.

Where Can I Watch Star Trek Lower Decks Season 3?
Star Trek: Lower Decks is available to stream on Paramount+ and Amazon Prime, depending on your region. This is an exclusive original series, with the service available to those in the US for $4.99 per month with “limited” adverts. Ad-free you’re looking at that increasing to $9.99.
Paramount+ launched in the UK on 22nd June 2022 but season 3 of Star Trek: Lower Decks, despite being a Paramount+ exclusive, is actually available on Amazon Prime internationally.
Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 3 Episode 5 Release Date
Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 3 Episode 5 will release on Thursday 22nd September at 12am (PT) / 3am (ET). However for those in the Uk and internationally, episodes are reportedly dropping a day later but there can sometimes be a delay from Amazon for uploading these episodes.
Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 3 drops with subtitles available from release too. Episode 5 is expected to be roughly 26 minutes long, which is consistent with the time-frame for the rest of the series.
How Many Episodes Will Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 3 Have?

Hey Tom, thanks for commenting! It’s strange isn’t it? For some reason Amazon are only showing the first 3 episodes, dated the 25th August, 1st September and the 8th September, which reflects the exact dates the eps would drop in the UK written on these articles. I’m not sure why episode 4 isn’t showing so what I’ve done is just reworded that part about the UK release to reflect that Amazon haven’t actually uploaded last week’s episode for some reason.

As of 10AM (UK Summer time) Episode 4 of season 3 is still not up on Amazon Prime UK, from my experience most shows go up at 11AM weather we are in daylight saving time or not. Please do your home work more and get these things right. This is not the first article I have saving that is incorrect on the matter of UK air times. Old fashioned scheduled television was more certain than this!
