Coming soon to PC and consoles is Smalland: Survive The Wild from publisher/developer Merge Games. 

The game tells the story of the Smallfolk who emerge from their burrows in the Overlands to reclaim their land when the giants have gone. You will take on the role of a Vanguard who must explore the vast world from a tiny scale and scavenge, craft, build and fight to gain a foothold in the hostile lands around you.

This open-world survival game will leave Early Access and launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on December 7, 2023.

Is Smalland: Survive The Wild single-player or multiplayer?

The game can be played in single player but more fun may be had in multiplayer where you can play with up to 10 other players to survive the wilds as a team or take the fight to one another in the PvP mode.

It would appear that no DLC has been announced at the time of writing but extra content may be revealed at some point down the line. Visit the game’s official page for more information. 

How long is Smalland: Survive The Wild?

Information on game length varies online, with some members of the Steam Community stating its very short (around 5 hours) and others claiming it can take around 28 hours to see and do absolutely everything. So, expect the game length to be anywhere between these two estimates. Of course, as this game can be played in multiplayer, you have the incentive to return to the game’s world to prolong your game time by having adventures with others.
