Sakamoto Days has been providing fans with interesting updates as of late, especially with its previous story arc called the Assassin Exhibition of the Century Arc. This arc had Sakamoto and his allies confronting Slur and the others at a pristine museum.

The arc involved Sakamoto and his allies clashing with Slur’s group, and lately, several members of the Order. Currently, the new story arc hasn’t received a proper title. However, we were finally introduced to Oki, the Order’s leader. Also, Sakamoto, Slur, and Nagumo still have a target on their backs. Nonetheless, we’ll update this section in future spoiler articles when more information has been shared.

When Will Spoilers Be Available Online?

Generally, Sakamoto Days spoilers and scans tend to drop mid-week and several days before the episode releases. Now, we do know that 178 is due to come out soon so raw scans and spoilers are unlikely to show until nearer the release date. With that in mind, we’re predicting that if any spoilers appear before Chapter 178’s release, it’ll be around Friday 16th August.

Generally, these tend to drop across the net on forums and social media with big panels and potential plot spoilers. Additionally, there are times when raw scans and leaks are released on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays of the week before the chapter’s scheduled release date via X/Twitter. Nonetheless, we’re speculating leaks will drop at the date listed above or a day later.

What Will Happen In Chapter 178?

We’ll receive an update on Slur’s group’s plans at the JAA’s sixth base.
Kindaka will train Sakamoto, Slur, and Heisuke.
The Order will arrive at the JAA’s sixth base to battle Slur and his organization.
Kindaka will refuse Sakamoto’s offer but Sakamoto will find a way to persuade Kindaka to train him and the others.
We’ll receive details about Oki, Tanabata, or Torres’s characters regarding their backstory, connection, etc.

Sakamoto Days: Chapter 178 will be released on Sunday 18th August at approximately 3pm (GMT) / 7am (PT) / 10am (ET). Of course, it’s really dependent on how quickly these chapters are uploaded. Expect this to be pretty close to the release time though.

Expect the chapter to be roughly 20-26 pages long. This is also a weekly release so expect the next to drop in a week.
