What is Terror Tuesday: Extreme about?

Terror Tuesday: Extreme is a horror anthology, bringing together a collecting of haunting stories inspired by the “Angkhan Khlumpong (Terror Tuesday)” radio program. The tales themselves vary in quality, with a range of different ideas including possessed dolls, haunted houses and even a cursed Goddess.

Has Terror Tuesday been renewed for season 2?

At the time of writing, Terror Tuesday: Extreme has not been renewed for season 2. Generally Netflix would gauge numerous metrics before renewing a show, including how many people initially watch it and then looking at the drop-off rate.

With some shows, cancellations or renewals happen quickly. Other times, it can take months before a decision over a show’s future is made.

So far, Terror Tuesday: Extreme has had a pretty mixed reaction from critics and audiences alike, but you’d expect that when it comes to the horror genre.

Given the way this show is set up, we’re predicting that this will be renewed for a second season. The series has plenty of potential and Asian series do generally tend to do quite well on the platform. Furthermore, the radio show, Angkhan Khlumpong, has lots more stories to adapt and we could see more of these show up in a follow-up.

What we know about season 2 so far:

Barely anything is known about season 2 at this point, given Netflix have not officially renewed this one just yet. The conclusion does open things up for a follow-up though and if this one does return, expect there to be a similar set-up with more anthological episodes, 8 more in total, and plenty of twists and turns along the way.

For now though, we’ll be counting down the days until season 2… if Netflix renew this one!
