Renewed Or Cancelled?
Who Killed Sara is a soapy, melodramatic Mexican series, taking the idea of a whodunit and spinning that around a central cast of crazy characters.
What is ‘Who Killed Sara’ about?
All three seasons of Who Killed Sara revolve around Alex Guzman, who’s dead-set on finding out what happened to his sister. After Sara dies from a parachuting accident, it would appear the whole thing was set-up and she was actually murdered.
Hell-bent on exacting revenge and proving he was framed for his sister’s murder, Alex sets out to learn the truth. Only, we find out in this season that all is not what it seems, with Reinaldo behind a lot of the string-pulling.

Has ‘Who Killed Sara’ been renewed for season 4?
At the time of writing, Who Killed Sara has not been renewed for a fourth season. Given the ending though, it would appear to be pretty conclusive.
Generally Netflix gauge numerous metrics before renewing a show, including how many people initially watch it and then looking at the drop-off rate. With some shows, cancellations or renewals happen quickly (ala. Squid Game, Bridgerton & Irregulars) Other times, it can take months before Netflix make a decision over a show’s future.
So far, Who Killed Sara has had a pretty mixed reception from critics and audiences alike, but generally soapy dramas like this tend to do well on the platform.
Based on the ending and the fact Netflix have literally written “Watch final season now” as a subheading next to Who Killed Sara, we’re pretty confident in predicting that Who Killed Sara will not be renewed for a fourth season.
We’ll be sure to update this section with accurate details over the coming weeks and months when we know more!
What we know about season 4 so far:
Barely anything is known about season 4 at this point, given Netflix have not green-lit a sequel. The conclusion does wrap everything up nicely. Of course, it could be that the gravesite Reinaldo mentioned could be a decoy and Sara survived her injures (deja vu anyone?) but beyond that, there’s not much scope to expand the story.
With that in mind, we’re pretty confident that this is the last we’ll see of the Mexican series.
We’ll be sure to update this page in the future when more information is known though!
