Penthouse is the wildly popular SBS Korean drama, streaming weekly on Viki. Generally the raw version of this can be found shortly after broadcast, although the hard-working subtitle team can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to translate.

This 12 episode makjang continues to deliver all the twists, turns and crazy emotion that’s become synonymous with this show. Unlike previous seasons however, Penthouse season 3 has been released with one episode a week.

What is Penthouse Season 3 about?

Penthouse continues where the previous season left off, with all the villains imprisoned last season released under various different circumstances. To give much more away would be to reach spoiler territory but suffice to say, the show does not let up on its wild twists and turns!

Has Penthouse been renewed for season 4?

At the time of writing, SBS has not renewed Penthouse for season 4.

The studio have made it clear prior to this season that there will not be a fourth season. If this changes however, we’ll be sure to update this page.

The ratings have been pretty steady for Penthouse season 3, with the opening episode hitting highs of 19.5%. We’ll be sure to update this section with more details as the season progresses.

What we know about season 4 so far

  5. I already got a lot of spoilers for season 3 but I’m still addicted to it. The storyline is so amazing. I beg SBS to give us a season 4 because every fan is disappointed with the ending that everyone dies. Please give us a season 4, we’re eagerly waiting. And ready anytime soon. Even if u give us season 4 in 2022 we’re fine with that. But don’t end the penthouse war in life with fans full of questions and eager for a new season. Please give us a new season. I beg SBS.

    Why is everyone on about seaosn 4. Season 3 is the last one after 2 episode they will end the story. There is no contract for seaosn 4 .

  14. i think it’s going to be a season 4. First of all the ending was just, it felt unfinished and Cheon Seo Jin was “acting insane” you can see that in the last episode of season 3 and Oh Yoon Hee was dead but i think there’s a twist ?Ha Yoon Cheol in a coma? like there’s a lot to countinue the story… High hopes for season 4 :)
